PakEuro Consultant is led by Ibrar Syed, a UK-based international education and student recruitment professional with more than five years of hands-on experience in the UK higher-education recruitment sector and an earlier background in education in Pakistan.

Before moving to the United Kingdom, Ibrar worked as an educationist in Pakistan, building first-hand understanding of the Pakistani education system, student ambitions, family expectations and the academic backgrounds students bring to an international study decision.
In the UK, he developed practical experience in international student recruitment, university admissions and higher-education pathways. Over more than five years working as a sub-agent, he has supported dozens of students as they explored study routes and progressed towards higher education.
